How does the video dashboard work?
To get to your Breakout Clips video dashboard, click the Videos link in the top menu.
This is where you can find all the videos you've created.
If you haven't created any new folders yet then you'll see one folder called Ungrouped.
By default, all new videos you create are grouped inside this folder.
How Do Folders Work?
For people creating a lot of videos for different projects, things can get a little messy!
That's where folders come in handy! Now you can create folders for:
- Brands
- Projects
- Clients
- ...or just about anything else.
Inside every folder you can edit/delete/download existing videos.
To create a new folder, click the New Folder button.
Enter your folder name and click inside the Add videos to folder field.
A drop-down will appear with all of your existing videos. Select which videos you'd like to add into this new folder.
This is how it will look once you've selected your videos.
Click Create to confirm your changes.
Your new folder will appear on your dashboard with the videos grouped inside of it (videos moved to a new folder will be removed from the default Ungrouped folder).
Videos can only be in one folder at a time.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I edit a folder?
To edit a folder, click the down arrow next to your folder name.
Click Rename as shown below.
Important: Deleting a folder will delete any videos inside that folder too.
Can I move videos between folders?
Absolutely. Follow the instructions in the screenshot in the above "How can I edit a folder?" answer.
A pop-up will appear where you can remove any existing videos inside your folder, as well as add any new ones by clicking inside the Add videos to folder field again.
Removed videos will return to the Ungrouped folder.
How do I open/close folders?
Simply click anywhere on the folder (such as the folder name) and it'll open/close the folder.
How do I edit a video name?

Can I delete/rename the Ungrouped folder?
It's not possible to delete or rename the Ungrouped folder.
