How do I resize/move animations?

This feature is available on our Business and Agency plans only. If you'd like to upgrade, you can click here and click the 'Change Subscription' button and choose your new plan.

When you get to the Add Animation step while creating your video, and you've added your animation to the editor, you'll be able to move/resize your animation!

Step 1: Hover over the animation after it has been added.
Step 2: Hover over any of the four corners.
Step 3: Click on one of the blue circles (also known as 'resizing handles') and drag in any direction to re-size.

Below, we'll show you all of these steps in detail (along with screenshots of each step).

First, simply hover-over your animation and you'll notice these resizing handles (shown in the screenshot below):

When you hover-over any of these resizing handles in any of the corners, you'll notice your cursor will change (indicating that you can use it to re-size the animation):

To re-size, simply drag this resizing handle in any direction! You can do this with any of the four corners.

Here's an example of an animation that has been re-sized to be smaller, and moved up slightly. You'll notice we no longer need to adjust our text to 'fit' around the animation! We now have more space for our marketing text.

With all the extra space for your text, you have full control over how your video looks.

Here's an example of how you can re-size your animation to avoid animations overlapping with your text:

If you'd like to reset your animation back to it's default starting position in the editor, you can do so by clicking this icon:

If you'd like to center your animation, you can do so by clicking this icon:
