Cancel Your Subscription
We're sad to see you go, but if you do decide to cancel your subscription we've made it super easy for you to do at any time.
- Not using it enough right now? Try pausing instead - your credits and settings are saved.
- Technical hiccups? Most issues are resolved in under 12 hours.

What would need to change for you to want to stay? - Chat with us (widget in bottom right hand corner) seriously, we read every message (expect a response in under 4 hours). We'll walk you through anything you need, step by step.
What Happens to Your Credits
✅ Your unused credits roll over each month as long as your subscription is active - nothing goes to waste.
❌ If you cancel, your remaining credits will only be usable until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, they’ll expire forever and can’t be redeemed. We do this to give you a fair opportunity to use up any remaining credits, even after cancelling. You’ll retain full access until your billing period ends.
You can always check your next billing date on the Billing page inside your account.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log in to your Breakout Clips account.
- Go to Settings in the top navigation menu.
- Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
You'll then go through our quick cancellation flow, designed to be as transparent and straightforward as possible:
- Choose whether you'd like to cancel or redeem a special offer (if available).
- We’ll show you exactly what you’ll lose, and show the exact date your access will end.
- If you still want to proceed, you’ll be taken to Stripe’s billing portal, where you simply click “Cancel” to finalize it.
A confirmation email is sent immediately after cancellation for your records.
⏱️ If you don’t receive a cancellation confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us at support@breakoutclips.com, and we'll look into that as a matter of urgency.
